1. General Policy

At The Soul Paradise, we take great care in crafting and delivering our products. As a small business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a valid claim is supported by a clear, unedited, and continuous 360-degree unboxing video recorded at the time of first opening the package.

All refund requests must be sent to thesoulparadiise@gmail.com on the same day of delivery along with the required proof.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be considered only under the following conditions:

The item received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
The item is damaged upon arrival.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

The wrong shipping address was entered by the customer at checkout.
The unboxing video is not provided or is edited/unclear.
The refund request is made after the day of delivery.

2.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, email thesoulparadiise@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- A 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after processing.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products and quality assurance checks before shipping.
If a damaged or incorrect product is received, follow the refund request process outlined above.

4. Important Notes

Claims without a valid 360-degree unboxing video will not be considered.
All refund requests must be initiated on the same day of delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct at checkout, as we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses.
